Responsibilities/Qualifications/Skillset
Duties
Inspect each resident consistently to ensure that his/her personal care requirements are being satisfied in accordance with his/her dreams
Evaluation patient care strategies everyday to identify if changes in the citizen’s everyday care routine have been made on the care plan
Notify the nurse manager of any modifications in the citizen’s condition so that appropriate details can be entered upon the resident’s care strategy
Assist homeowner’s with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transferring locals to/from appointments
Develop and promote an atmosphere of warmth, persistence, interest, and cultivate a calm and joyful environment
Guarantee homeowners’ rooms are prepared for getting and help residents feel comfortable
Take part in facility surveys by authorized federal government firms
Maintain privacy of all resident care info in accordance with HIPAA standards
Efficiently communicate required resident info to charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator
Qualifications
Have a 10 th grade education or above
Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
