Academy of Health Professions uses project-based knowing and hands on experience to prepare students for a career in the field of health care. From an introduction of the health care industry to the study of the body, the program engages trainees in the processes and procedures of providing important healthcare services. In addition to basic medical workplace administrative responsibilities, trainees gain skills in electronic medical records, phlebotomy and taking important signs. Students have the chance to make CPR, Certificated Nursing Assistant, Geriatric Nursing Assistant and Qualified Scientific Medical Assistant certifications.
