COVID-19 Understanding for the Front Line Staff

Following this call, individuals have the knowledge and understand methods to supporting the health and wellness of older adults, their care partners, nursing house employee and other stakeholders during COVID-19

Session goals consisted of:

– Learners will be able to discuss assistance on nursing home labor force security
– Learners will talk about two or more ways to communicate with residents, care partners and in between direct care staff and management during COVID-19
