The CNA-NAR is accountable for providing resident care as required under the direct guidance of the RN or LPN.
Obligations
Carries out preliminary and continuous data collection on all homeowners and files the plan of care outcomes. Finishes assigned jobs to make sure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and connects with patients, citizens, households and other health employee to ensure resident security and well-being.
Qualifications
Certifications Required
- In good standing on the State Nursing Assistant pc registry or suitable entity.
Qualifications Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or long term care.
- CPR licensed.
