Task Duties

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral health, nail care, placing and moving in and out of bed, chair, lifts, wheelchair, and so on
  • Response citizens’ call lights immediately
  • Prepare locals for meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition
  • Daily paperwork using PCC (electronic charting)
  • Understand and practice infection control procedures, including universal preventative measures
