Halifax Health is looking for a Qualified Nursing Assistant for the ROC Medical Oncology Department.

Summary

The CNA offers direct and indirect care to patients under the instructions of a Registered Nurse or a Certified Practical Nurse. Task duties include standard patient care, the ability to obtain crucial indications, taping fluid intake and output, acknowledging and reporting modifications in patient condition, and documentation of patient care on written circulation sheet and computer. This job also requires a positive attitude and behavior, excellent communication abilities, and performing as a reliable Staff member.

Task Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent needed.
  • Current/active Florida CNA accreditation needed.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience preferred.
  • Needs to possess excellent computer abilities.
  • Must be customer-service oriented and able to efficiently interact and build relationships with Team Members at all levels in the company.
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and interaction skills, to help in supplying extraordinary care for our patients and their families.
