Your day.
As a CNA with us, you will know how to:
- React to patient care requirements by addressing call lights, assisting clients with health care and nourishment, acquiring essential indications, and interacting constructively, successfully and timely with members of the care team.
- Inspect and document patient vitals, glucose, inputs and outputs.
- Help nurses and physicians within scope and competency.
- Actively take part in conference patient experience goals.
- Help with client transfers, admissions and discharges as directed and in compliance with the concepts of safe client handling.
- Demonstrate and comply with the requirements of infection avoidance.
Your experience.
We work with individuals, not resumes. We also anticipate quality, which is why we need:
- Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
- Present BLS accreditation endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to get within 60 days of hire (with previous approval)
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
