As part of the Carson Nursing and Rehab team, you will provide each of your designated locals with routine everyday nursing care and services in accordance with the local’s assessment and care plan, and as might be directed by your managers. The Licensed Nursing Assistant preserves a homelike environment for the citizens, secures and promotes resident rights, and assists the individual to maintain independence and control to the best extent possible.
Minimum Requirements
- Need to have, at a minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) accreditation in accordance with State law. Need to meet the general health requirements stated by the policies of the facility or department which might consist of a medical and health examination.
