raised side rail
6 Places or changes pillow under head for assistance
7 Candidate rearranges arm and shoulder so that customer
is not resting on arm
8 Supports leading arm with helpful gadget
9 Places helpful gadget behind customer’s back
10 Places helpful gadget in between legs with leading knee
bent; knee and ankle supported
11 Signaling gadget is within reach and bed remains in low
position
12 After finishing ability, cleans hands
