Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a CNA (certified nursing assistant) in an elderly community center and as a PCT (patient care technician) in a hospital. It greatly changed the way I work as a nurse today. It shaped me well enough in the aspect of time management, body mechanics and clinical skill and performance. In this video, I will talk about how I was able to get a job as a CNA and a PCT and in what ways it influenced my performance as a nurse!
