Howard Neighborhood College commemorates its 50 th Start practically on May 27,2021 Throughout this event, the college honors 1,293 prospects who will jointly make 1,448 degrees and certificates. This virtual event’s beginning address will be offered my Dr. Walter Bumphus, president and CEO of the American Association of Neighborhood Colleges. Included speakers and unique visitors consist of Howard County Executive Calvin Ball, Howard County Council Chair Liz Walsh, honorary degree receivers Dr. Lillian Bauder and George Louis Doetsch, Jr., and trainee Farah Alabdulrazzak, who provides the graduate address.
