I am proudly putting in a nomination for a Mazda Hero, my sister Kayla. Kayla is a full time trainee and works as a certified nursing assistant at an assisted living home. Kayla works mostly with senior patients, a very vulnerable population to the vulnerability of COVID. A couple months back, Kayla’s facility had a an outbreak of COVID. Kayla risked her job to report to the local paper that COVID procedures were not being followed properly. Because Kayla cares a lot for all of her patients, she understood things required to change. Due to the fact that of what she selflessly did, when the post came out, things at her center changed to avoid further spread to other patients. This vehicle would benefit Kayla due to the fact that she doesn’t own a cars and truck of her own, and would permit her to maintain the great!
