LONDON (Reuters) – Pfizer Inc said on Wednesday it was on track to satisfy its shipment targets for COVID-19 shots in the UK in line with a concurred month-to-month schedule, after Britain alerted of a significant reduction in its readily available products of vaccines.
” We can verify that Q1 shipments stay on track and continue to progress in line with the monthly schedule,” stated a spokeswoman for Pfizer. Britain is rolling out Pfizer’s vaccine in addition to one made by AstraZeneca.
” We will work carefully with the Government to guarantee this stays the case; our total forecasted supply for Q2 remains unchanged and we are on course to continue to deliver a consistent supply of vaccines to the UK, April through to June, in line with our contractual commitments,” the Pfizer spokesperson stated.
