The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Upskilling Program is a pilot task and collaboration in between northern Bay Area labor force advancement firms to enhance CNA retention, recruiting, and quality of service and care.
Using grant financing, the Workforce Development Board of Solano County worked together with Paradise Valley Estates in Fairfield, CA to release the very first upskilling program in California.
