This was a combined style research study that examined the caretakers’ understanding of their function while looking after clients in the home design. A sample of 12 caretakers presently used in a long-lasting care center operating in the family design was asked to finish a study and response 11 concerns throughout a one on one interview.
This interview tool enabled the caretakers the chance to rank their individual experiences, environment and reveal their sensations connected with their function as a licensed nursing assistant operating in a home design.
The outcomes showed that the caretakers delighted in operating in the family environment and they felt highly that they suit to the family design.
