I am a “licensed nurse’s assistant” C.N.A in the state of Missouri. I dealt with elderly people in assistant living neighborhoods while I remained in college. A few of them were great to work for and some were not, since of how they dealt with the elderly people in their organizations. I was going to continue in this medical field as a M.A (Medical Assistant), however I might not stand how the nursing centers were dealing with the seniors. My last location of work in this medical field was a retirement home. One needed to have at least a minimum of $80 K to certify to even be thought about to reside in a location like this. With cash comes some level of regard and service. I asked an Asian nurse how was their assisted living home established. She stated to my surprise, WE DO NOT HAVE RETIREMENT HOME, WE REGARD OUR ELDERS. The seniors were not put out to pasture like some old damaged horse or utilized vehicle. Their gray headed ones see their kids, no daycare, and were still active in contributing in their society in some style or online forum.
