Heat to utilize COVID-sniffing canines to evaluate fans

MIAMI– The Miami Heat are bringing back some fans, with help from some dogs. If the pet dog keeps going, the fan is cleared; if the dog sits, that’s an indication it finds the virus and the fan will be denied entry.

And if a fan is allergic to or afraid of pet dogs, the Heat are providing an option to avoid the canine screening and submit to a quick antigen test instead.
