Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Should be a graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Should be currently registered/licensed in suitable State.
  • One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • Need to have CPR certification upon hire or get throughout orientation.

Specific Job Requirements:

  • Need to have the ability to make independent decisions when scenarios require such action
  • Should display excellent consumer service and a positive mindset towards clients
  • Need to be able to communicate and work productively on an interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and so on
