Shelliese began as a nursing assistant and is now a staffing and payroll organizer at the Augustana Care Hastings Campus. She describes why she enjoys her task, her co-workers and what inspires her. She advises working for Augustana Care, whether in assisted living, short term rehab or proficient nursing, due to the fact that she is surrounded by people who motivate and value her.
