Working under the guidance of a nurse, the Certified Nurse Assistant II serves as the main clerical resource for the unit in addition to performs numerous client care activities. This is a double role position which operates as a Licensed Nurse Assistant and an Unit Secretary. Our 24- bed Level II and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care System enables premature babies and babies with unique requirements to remain near to their recuperating mothers. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer support abilities and computer system literacy is required. Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant/Unit Secretary in a hospital setting preferred. Working knowledge of medical terms chosen.

Present Texas CNA Certification

CPR (American Heart Association).
